Southern Region
Damascus and its countryside:
Farcie clashes broke out between al-Islam Army backed by al-Rahman Legion and regime forces backed by local and foreign militias in Jobar neighborhood of Damascus, and on the outskirts of Zamalka near Damascus.
In the countryside, three children were killed following regime airstrikes on Douma as two civilians were killed after regime warplanes shelled Hammuriyah town with cluster bombs. One civilian was killed by a regime sniper in Madaya town as he was collecting wood on the outskirts of the town.
In the meantime, the Civil Defense in eastern Ghouta warned civilians from roaming in the streets because of regime shelling using cluster bombs. It also warned them from approaching any strange-looking object.
Dara’a:
Sporadic clashes broke out between Southern Front Factions and regime forces in Asheikh Mikeen city allowing the Factions to regain the areas they have lost earlier.
Al-Quneitra:
Clashes broke out between Southern Front Factions and regime forces in al-Quneitra countryside forcing the Factions to withdraw from al-Amal farms due to the regime’s fierce attack. Meanwhile, FSA fighters destroyed a regime tank at al-Ahmar hill and a tank at al-Aknaf Company front using Metis missiles. The Factions started a new battle several weeks ago in Division 90 in the countryside to open the road towards Damascus western countryside. The first two phases of the battle allowed the Factions to gain control of several areas, however, they had to retreat due to regime’s land and aerial attacks.
Central Region
Homs:
Russian warplanes carried out more than thirty airstrikes on Homs northern countryside killing more than forty civilians and injuring many others. FSA forces accompanied by Russian airstrikes have been trying to advance towards the northern countryside, mainly the western front. However, FSA Battalions foiled their attempts every time inflicting losses among regime’s ranks.
Fifteen of the casualties of the shelling were killed in the town of Teir Maleh after airstrikes targeted the bakery, seventeen in al-Ghanto, four in Talbiseh, three in Darr al-Kaber and one in al-Farhaniyeh.
Captain Rawad al-Aksah, head of Teir Maleh Operations Room was killed following the Russian airstrikes targeting his base in the town. The captain was a regime defector and commander of the Special Operations Battalion of the FSA in Homs northern countryside.
Meanwhile, FSA factions foiled regime forces’ attempts to storm the northern countryside killing dozens of regime troops, destroying four regime tanks using anti-armour missiles (three in al-Ghanto and two on the outskirts of Sneseel town) in addition to destroying BMPs and Dushka guns.
Hama:
Al-Naser Army of the FSA downed a regime drone at al-Hammamiyat front.
The Elite Battalion of al-Sham Front of the FSA carried out a special operation between al-Sawamea and Sakher checkpoints in south-east of Kafer Banoudeh in the northern countryside of Hama. Fifteen regime soldiers and pro-regime militants were killed as the FSA seized arms and ammunition.
The media office of the Front posted a video of the operation promising to carry out similar operations at the battle’s frontline in Hama northern countryside where regime forces try to advance. Meanwhile, regime troops gained control of al-Safsafeh town in al-Ghab Plain following clashes with FSA battalions who had to withdraw due to Russian airstrikes.
Northern Region
Aleppo:
Division 16 of the FSA destroyed a building housing regime troops in al-Ashrafiyeh neighborhood killing and wounding several regime troops. It also targeted regime bases in the neighborhood using PKCs and RPG shells, and in al-Khalidiyeh using Jahannam launchers. Meanwhile, Aleppo Liberation Operations Battalions targeted regime locations at Handarat front, and ISIS locations at Harbel front using machine guns and missiles. Additionally, FSA forces were able to capture Na’am hill village after ISIS fighters withdrew from it heading towards Kuweres military airport to “liberate” it, according to ISIS. Five civilians were killed in al-Sabiqiyeh as a result of regime artillery shelling.
Eastern Region
Deir Ezzour:
ISIS executed Sheikh Ahmad Allawi al-Jaris, a sufist, from al-Basirah town in the eastern countryside for unknown reasons. In addition, al-Hisbah of ISIS arrested several women in the marketplace of al-Mayadeen city on charges of not dressing according to ISIS dress code. The women were taken to Deir Ezzour military airport front to cook for ISIS militias and clean their bases. Recently, less women have been going to marketplaces for fear of being arbitrarily arrested by ISIS. In the meantime, ISIS also arrested fifteen of its members in Mahkan town in the eastern countryside for unknown reasons.
